I replied on another thread asking about DeAngelo Williams and Beanie Wells, and commented that I was leaning hard towards sitting DeAngelo for Beanie Wells due to Beanie's match up with Detroit this week.
In response to my reply, a comment was posted that Steven Jackson might also be worth a sit this week as well with his gimpy back and matchup against a decent Houston D.
My current roster is as follows:
QB: Rivers, (Bench: Palmer)
WR: Colston, TO, (Bench: H Ward)
RB: DWill, SJax, Jamal Charles, (Bench: Beanie Wells, Quinton Ganther, Chris Jennings)
TE: Fred Davis, (Bench: G Olson)
DEF: HOU (Bench: MIN)
K: Shane Graham
So, here are my questions: (10 Team, standard scoring, semi-final week)
1) Which 3 RBs would you pick?
J Charles is a lock with his matchup VS CLE, I was pretty comfortable with SJax, who despite his poor showing last week, still seems to be a good play being a sole back getting @20 touches/week, and he's been a steady stud for me this season. From the other thread, I'm starting to think about sitting DWill with his awful match up VS MIN and to lean towards starting Beanie with his great match up VS DET this week... Are any of the backs on the bench, (or Arian Foster/M Morris on the WW) worth a start over DWill or SJax???
2) I drafted Greg Olson thinking that he would be a consistent play at TE this year, especially now with Cutler throwing the ball to him, but after the 3TD performance in week 9, he has gone stone cold, with 16 total points since week 10. I picked up Fred Davis (WAS) this week and plan on starting him VS NYG. Any thoughts?
3) MIN DEF or HOU DEF? I'm leaning for HOU who is matched up against STL...
Thanks for the help in advance!!
