RB Help (Thomas, Wells, Ganther, Foster)

Postby jaykla » Sat Dec 19, 2009 5:34 pm

As of now, I plan on starting P.Thomas vs DAL and Wells VS DET. (This is Round 2 and a win takes me to the Finals)

Here are my RB options (need to start 2 and get 1/2 pt per reception).

P.Thomas vs DAL
Wells vs DET
Hightower vs DET
Ganther vs NYG
Foster vs STL

WHICH 2 RB'S SHOULD I START

WHIR - Please leave a link and if i'm not online, I do respond when I get back online later. Thanks.

My Team:
Brees (Orton)
P.Thomas, Wells (Hightower, Ganther, Foster)
Fitzgerald, Colston, Jennings (Meachem, Breaston)
Boss
Bironas
NY Jets DST (Philly DST)

Looks like Dallas has been pretty decent vs the run - so I wonder I'm running too high of a risk with P.Thomas (since I'm leaning towards (Colston & Meachem as my #2/#3 WR).

Any other advice on my RB situation? Foster vs STL looks very appealing -- but all my RB's seem kind of risky.

Texans coach Gary Kubiak said rookie RB Arian Foster has "the ability to play in this league for a long time if he handles his business the right way."
The Texans will use all three of their running backs Sunday, but Kubiak has been hinting all week that Foster will get the most work. Foster touched the ball 17 times last week and if he runs well out of the gate, that number could rise against the Rams Sunday. He's a strong flex option this week.

20 touches would be nice!
Qb: Romo/Flacco
RB: S Jax/LT/R Bush/?need to do a pickup(s Greene maybe)
WR: R White/D Bowe/G Olsen/J Witten/N Burlson
Def: Pit/Miami
K: Akers
Wr/Te's are interchangeable.

I start 1qb/3rb/4wr/1 def/ 1 kicker

Unfortunately I don't have a FLEX spot on my team. These are my #1 and #2 RB. Do I sit Thomas in favor of Foster?
