Philly RB dilemma - WHIR right away guaranteed!!!

Postby leftovers » Sun Dec 20, 2009 12:11 am

Standard scoring plus 1 point per reception

I need to choose a 2nd RB to go with Ray Rice. I have McCoy, Weaver, and Fargas. I dont think I want to start Fargas against Denver so I need to pick the Philly guy whos going to get me the most points. I have Weaver penciled in as I think he's the hot hand right now and seems to be getting the goalline carries when vick doesnt interfere but I'm very unsure. They have split carries evenly the past 2 weeks and McCoy gets a few more receptions but isnt used in the red zone as much. Very important week for me, and I would greatly appreciate any advice and reasons for why you feel that way.

If you leave a link to your post I promise to give you a thoughtful response. Thanks guys and good luck to everyone in their playoff matchups!

I think in this one, you look at the SF defense. I think they can limit McCoy as they did Hightower last week. They struggled with the more physical RB in Wells so I'd go with Weaver on a snowy field in Philly. Good Luck!

Hmm, that's tough. But I think you go with the guy who's going to get the call. McCoy has been frustrating the last couple weeks, but he's still the No. 1 back. Weaver got a long reception two weeks ago, and vultured a TD last week. I wouldn't rely on that in my fantasy playoffs.

I would also go with McCoy. Dont over think things here.

I'd go with McCoy on this one.
