also, i got a defense situation

i got Cinci D (against SD)--i have to save them for next week's matchup
but I picked up others by the higher rankings here and on yahoo because i want to be sure to get the best total. i dont need a bench anymore, so who do i start?
cleveland (against KC)
tennessee (against miami)
nyg (against washington)

the defense has an interesting scoring system- point totals dont mean a thing unless they can hold a shutout, so base it off TOs and sacks
