Chargers or Patriots?

Defensive scoring in our league is the usual but also includes points for kickoff, punt, int and fumble rec yards, and we do not get negative points for allowing a lot of points. With this setup do you start :

Chargers (at home vs CIN)

or

Pats (away vs BUF)


I think the Pats are playing the worse team, but the Pats have looked like mush on the road. Who would you start today? Bolts or Pats?
