Michael Turner or Ahmad Bradshaw? WHIR

Neither are in top shape, but I got burned by starting Turner last time he was "ok to start". I also have Houshmanzadeh that I could put in here. As crummy as he's been, he might be the safest play. What do you think?

I actually agree with you. The Bucs allow a ton of yards and points which makes Housh a decent play. Turner worries me for the reason you said and Ahmad is playing the Skins who are top 3-4 against the run I believe. Turner however has a decent matchup against a Jets D that is weak against the run.

I'm more of a RB guy personally because they carry less risk with the number of touches they get. Wr's you have to wait for them to be targeted (25-33%) then catch one. I would suggest going with you gut between those guys

Agree but because how bad seahawks D is will make them throw the ball in a shootout with Bad D's.
