Arizona D or Houston D this week WHIR

Houston D has a great match up against at banged up and sick Rams, but I also have the Cardinals vs. the Lions. I have the Cardinals plugged in now because I think they are a better defense, but the situation with the Texans is intriguing.

Any suggestions?

Both have good matchups but I like the Cards. They will be pissed after the drubbing they took last week. The Lions are ailing to.

I say go with Houston. Jackson is really banged up, they have a third string QB going right now. Detroit at least has showed that it can put up points sometimes.

Also, STL gives up more fantasy points to defenses than any other team.

I think both of these teams will shut down the other Offense, but the Cards have a better chance at points from turnovers. Go with the Cards
