Dynasty pickup(s)... any names jump out to get?

Question for my 12 team dynasty league. Next year will be the 3rd year and we get to keep everyone. Rosters are frozen at the beginning of next week, so now is the time to make any free agent moves.

At the beginning of next season we will have an optional 3 round rookie/free agent draft. To participate I would just need to drop 3 guys (1 can be either my kicker or def... can't drop both positions though)

Out of your list of available free agents, I think Devin Thomas offers the most upside. Assuming Shanny is a done deal in WAS, all he needs is more consistency from the QB position as he enters the mystical 3rd year.
