Need some advice on starters.

This league is at the big game. I need every point I can get since I'm a ten point underdog at the moment.

I have Flacco and Vince Young to choose from for my starters. With Flacco playing against Pitt and Young playing strong I think I'm going to go with Young over Flacco this week. I've gotten this far with Flacco as my starter (never once benched him).

I'm going to start Mason and Wayne for WR's, but I can't figure out what to do about my third slot. I have Crabtree, Chris Chambers, and Mike Wallace to choose from. I'm starting Crabtree at the moment but, again, I'm not sure who to put there. Wallace is inconsistent and I'm not sure about the Chiefs being at Cincinnati when Crabtree is at Detroit.

My running back situation is great. I have Peterson and usually start DeAngelo Williams. If he doesn't practice this week I'll start Jerome Harrison and use Ganther from the Redskins in my flex spot since I don't have a WR to fill in. I have Cadillac Williams and Corell Buckhalter riding the bench.

So, any input would be nice. I'm torn between Crabtree/Chambers and Flacco/Young.

Waiver QBs - Henne, Moore, Freeman
RBs - nothing. Ryan Moats and McFadden are the best options. Crap RBs.
WRs - Nothing here either. Justin Gage, Josh Morgan, and Earl Bennett. Useless.

--------------------------------------

And I'm in the semi-finals in my other league with a stronger overall team.

I'm starting Alex Smith over Matt Ryan currently. Cutler (he was my stud, I cut him for a roster spot), Hasselbeck, and Henne are on the wire.

I have Andre Johnson as a lock at WR with Sims-Walker starting beside him. My other WR choices are Hakeem Nicks, Santana Moss, and Devin Hester. Anyone think that Nicks might get the nod over Sims-Walker?

We only get one RB slot and I have Ray Rice starting with DeAngelo Williams on the bench. My flex spot has Thomas Jones. I don't think I'll start Williams in either my RB or my flex spot.

Top waiver possibilities - RB - Stewart, Snelling, and Harrison. WR - Crabtree, Bowe, Owens, Bryant. I don't see how I could bolster my RBs at all and the Chiefs have a bad matchup. Owens doesn't have a quarterback..

No help? I'm thinking about going with Young tonight but I'm not sure if Wayne will get enough looks to get some fantasy points on the board.

I'd go with Young...Flacco, although he faces a bad secondary, is going to be harassed all game. I'd also go with Crabtree with no question. Wallace could get 4-110-1TD or 2-18....you just don't know. Everything else looks good

Man, who would have known that Young would have that bad of a game? The SD secondary is too damn good.
