Yahoo! roto league, standard non-PPR scoring. I'm in first place by four (FOUR!!! yikes!!!) points heading into a weak in which the second place guy has Benson with an amazing matchup and also has CJ. Need to keep up with him. I have 2 RB spots and a FLEX spot to use on 3 of these 5 guys. Using a WR at the FLEX isn't an option this week, as I play in a three receiver league and one of my four receivers (Wayne) will definitey be riding the pine on his likely abbreviated trip to Revis Island. My options are as as follows:
Charles @CIN Forsett @GB Grant SEA Harrison OAK Rice @PIT
I won't tell you who I'm leaning toward because I don't want people simply agreeing with me; I wanna hear some rationale behind your choices. I will say that I'm leery of Rice's and Charles' matchups. Also, I'm not the type to buy into the OMGHOTNEWBACK!!! hype (see: Foster, Arian and Jennings, Chris). I picked up Harrison because I think he's deserved the job all year and has a great, great matchup. What worries me is that the Mangenius will somehow screw things up...again. So yeah, pick three.
As always, link me to yours and I'll give you my two cents. Doing the whole Christmas thing with the family today, so while I can't guarantee prompt help I can assure you that by the end of the night I'll have posted in your topic.
Merry Christmas!

Wow, thats pretty tough man. I'd definitely go with Charles first. Your second option is the tough part, don't go with forsett. Harrison is a risky play, but they are playing OAK. Rice had 155 total yards against PIT about a month ago, and Grant is playing against a seahawk team that can give up a lot of points. If I were you I'd go with Rice and Charles.
Rice and Charles no doubt. After that it becomes more difficult. I wouldnt expect anytrhing near what Harrison did last week so I would cut him out. I would lean towards grant after that.
Rice, Charles, Grant. My bet this week is that Chris Jennings gets more carries than Harrison. That's just the way dumb Mangini does things. And Forsett is a risky play being a back up.
Charles, Grant and in a no-ppr....ah i'd still go with Rice I don't think Harrison is stable enough and even though Rice gets a good amount of his points from passing he is at least probaly going to get a td or two. So Rice, Grant and Charles.. Good luck
