Need Flex help (S.Smith-NYG,B.Wells,J.Harrison) WHIR!

Please help, can't decide between the following guys for my RB/WR flex spot for my championship game. Standard scoring, 10-team, non-PPR. Here are my options:

S. Smith (NYG) vs. CAR - good matchup, poor defense. passing offense looked good last week but hasn't in prior weeks. plus, manning was spreading the ball around which doesn't bode well for smith

Beanie Wells vs. STL - he's seeing the bulk of the work and it's STL. i'm a little concerned about hightower vulturing goal line carries

J. Harrison or C.Jennings vs. OAK - I own both but would only play one. Oakland has terrible run defense and harrison is coming off that monster game. Thing is does anyone know who'll see the ball in that CLE backfield? do they switch off every week between harrison and jennings? is this jennings week even though harrison went crazy last week? The Browns website has Harrison listed as the starter right now and that's what the website said this time last week if that means anything...

Megatron @ SF - i'm leaning away from this option... not a great matchup, decent defense and secondary, no stafford, etc.
