im a little worried that manning will come out early before putting up some stats. i also have dallas clark as my TE.

alex smith has a great matchup against DET worst pass defense and #1 CB is not gonna play.

what would YOU do??????

you have to play smith in this situation, waaaay safer

I would stick with Maning, the Colts have to get up and get a good lead in order to take him. Maning could stll have a decent game.

Are you a gambler? I don't think I could sit Manning knowing he is playing regardless of the circumstances...

I have the same situation. Championship week, and its Peyton or Smith. I've changed my lineup a half-dozen times, but I'm going with Smith. He probably doesn't have Peyton's upside, but he's going to ring up SOME points. If Peyton doesn't play a lot, you're not going to get a lot of points from him. Plus, his matchup is much more difficult. It kills me to bench Peyton, but Smith is easily the safer pick.
