Dynasty: Frank Gore for Fitzgerald?

I'm in a 10 team dynasty league. Offensively the league is fairly standard, 1 point / 10 rushing/receiving yards, 1 point / 25 passing yards, 1 point / 25 return yards, and 6 points for all tds. We start 1 qb, 2 rbs, 2 wrs, 1 te, 1 wr/te, 1 k, 2 db, 2 lb, and 2 dl. A guy in the league is pretty thin at rb going forward, and has both Fitzgerald and Wayne. I'm wondering if I have enough potential at rb to see if I can try to get one of his wrs for Frank Gore. I have quite a few second tier wrs that I can trade to get other high upside rbs to help fill the void. My questions are, does Fitzgerald upgrade me enough at wr to justify trading away Gore, and am I overvaluing the potential I have at replacing him with one of my other rbs?
