Ask my wife - that's exactly what I just said when I saw this five minutes ago.

Tennessee deserves far better than this. My heart goes out to Vols fans.

Lane Kiffin - cemented as a world class d bag.

And to think so many people talked about him as a coaching possibility for Nebraska when we fired Callahan. Damn.

I really hope he flops. All that trashtalking he did when he took over at UT pushed me over the edge.

Yeah he has got to be the biggest turd in the pile. One season and he bails on Tennessee? What a joke. Actually good for Tennessee, they're better off without him. Sadly he's at a school now where he really can find success. I want nothing more than for him to run SC into the ground, however I'd be very surprised if that happened.

Let's see if there's any fallout from the Reggie Bush stuff before we make a decision on Kiffin's future at USC.

And let's say he is successful - is this his destination, or another step on his journey? I have to wonder if he's not thinking of a return to the NFL.

And now we're hearing that Norm Chow is going from UCLA across town to USC. Madness!

USC is most certainly a pit stop for Kiffin. I highly doubt he has any long term plans there. I really don't understand why though, the USC gig has to be one of the best jobs in the country. Great pay, a premiere program, top talent, you get to live in Southern California....what more could a person ask for?

Norm Chow to SC? Ugh. :-[

Why all the hating on Kiffin? Yeah it sucks he left Tennessee, but I'm sure you all would leave your current job if a better opportunity presented itself. He said USC was the only school he'd leave Tenn for, and I believe him. Its a great program, plus he has roots there as an assistant coach and O coordinator for 4-5 years.

Comparing him to Paterino doesn't make since either. Paterino gave up and abandoned Atlanta mid-season to do what? Take more money at ARK. He ran after the money, Kiffin is running after the opportunity. It sucks for the kids he recruited, but at least Kiffin didn't bolt for his new job after his team had a great season and on the way to a bowl (dude from Cincy, now at ND).

Seriously, I think you guys look for stuff to complain about. hehe ;-7
