The Zags did finally just "turn it on" or rather snapped out of it. They finally decided that the best way to win was to work the ball from the inside out...duh. And to play defense in the paint....duh. Also Akron just seemed to run out of gas, they played the Zags a lot tougher than I thought they would.

I called Michigan and Texas and am glad Nova woke up too. Had the Zags and Nova lost my bracket would have been garbage.

So one of the worst things ever happened to me this morning. I logged into CBS to check my bracket for the other pool I am in and half of my bracket is wrong. It shows I have UCLA winning the tournament, Clemson advancing 3 times, Florida State winning twice when I actually have them losing today.

I'm surprised that it didn't have St.Joseph's in the Final Four.

Anyway, this is my absolute most favoritist time of the year. Best 4-days of sports on TV anytime, anyplace. As I heard Mike and Mike say yesterday, unlike the World Series and the Super Bowl, March Madness NEVER disappoints. But now, the first year I don't use a piece of paper to officially record my picks, my bracket is all screwed up. And it's not the $20 I'm out because of it - it's the fact that I spent a lot of time and effort into making MY picks.

Watching the games won't be half as fun this year.
