In the tradition of Germany or Florida, where did the following happen??

police have charged a (area) man with public drunkenness after he was seen giving mouth-to-mouth "resuscitation" to a long-dead opossum along a highway.

The (law enforcement person) says one person saw (the area man) kneeling before the animal and gesturing as though he were conducting a seance, while another saw the mouth-to-mouth attempt.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, I wasn't sure if they had the nasty critters in Poland too, but I know they are here in the states. My dog almost got into with an Opossum once, luckily I was right there to grab her collar. Those things are gnarly.
