I think that Matthews has the biggest immediate impact out of everyone, he is on a good team and will be the main man there. However if, and yes it is a BIG if, St Louis continues to progress and can add some offensive talent around Bradford and SJax then in 2+ years he can be a top qb in the NFL. So two years from now with some help he should be a top flight qb and the best in this rookie class.
