Princess Brett probably had the surgery because not enough people were speculating on whether he would return or not.
I thouhgt he had said something about not getting the surgery if he wasn't coming back, so he must feel there is a good chance he will. As for the chances of him making it to the Super Bowl, doubtful. Last season was absolute magic for Dame Favre, and he still threw a bad INT to end his season. Don't think he will have near the success should he return. But the Vikes sure had better hope he does.
