Off-/Pre-Season Things to Watch

Postby Kareighuis » Mon May 24, 2010 10:50 pm

Positional battles, offensive philosophical shifts, depth charts changes, injuries, whatever, you'll be watching. Me?-

- QB in Seattle. How quickly do they hand the keys over to Whitehurst? How does it impact their WRs?

- WR in Dallas. Dez or Rodeo Roy @#2? Does Crayton get traded? Austin (RFA) still hasn't signed.

- Wes Welker. Active week 1? PUP? IR?

- WR2 in Indy- Garcon? Gonzalez's injury recovery progress?

- QB in Ari. Leinart, Anderson, or Skelton?

- The Philandington trio- McNabb, Kolb, Campbell starting for new teams.

- SF focuses on power-running with new linemen and Dixon? How impact Alex Smith?

- How does Marshall surgery affect getting timing down with Henne?

- Martz Experiment in Chicago- blow up, or, ah, blow up? Explode or implode? Who starts at WR? Olsen integrated into passing offense?

- Does Sanchez crumble in 2nd year like Flacco and Ryan last year? Does the Jets' gamble on questionable characters (Edwards, Holmes, Tomlinson, Cromartie) harm them?

- Role of rookie RBs Tate and Hardesty.

I want a prehensile sucker tail, and I don't want to wait fifty million years.
