With all due respect to the youth that you have (and should be enjoying to the fullest, my man!) I do not want to draft girls under the age of 18. It's possible I could draft a 19-year-old depending on hotness and whatnot, but any younger than that and I'm going to feel like a huge creep, and I'll probably have that NBC guy come knocking on my door.

If there are a bunch of 16-18 year olds here at the Cafe who want to have a draft like that, that would be cool. But not guys in their 20s & 30s. Ick.
