Glad you had a good time Joe. Parent is an awesome nice guy I've had the chance to meet twice at signings. Hopefully the Flyers can keep things alive tonight and get back to Chicago. Broad street is gonna be crazy again tonight with the Phils and Flyers both playing again at the same time right across the street form one another.

aaa - from one goalie to another: please tell me why Leighton wasn't hugging the pipe and why he went down on the shot. If he just hugged the pipe and stood tall on that OT goal, it never goes in from that impossible angle.

Basic lack of fudementals, over emphasis on a butterfly style, recent retrend of the paddle down which I refuse to follow in so many instances, basic cheating on position assuming too much, too deep in the net to start aka not challenging the shooter. Also something can be said about the recent trend of leg pads due to rules and restrictions because of Gary Bettman.

Basically chalk it up to Philly goaltending has been terrible since Roman Chechmonick, and this year was no exception.

I still check the standings on occasion but the reason I stopped watching Hockey was the strike and no salary cap. Wayne had nothing to do with it. Most fans are fair weather fans and when a team sucks the fans don't come. I know I don't enjoy watching failure personally.
