PPR-Salary Cap-Auction Dynasty league needs new owner ASAP!

Hello, I run a PPR-Salary Cap-Auction league that is about to start its offseason and needs an owner as I've had one owner bail at the last minute and not pay. We are scheduled to start offseason Free Agent Auctions at the end of this week and I need to fill it ASAP. I am offering this team for $25 for the year to get a good owner as our normal dues are $50! We offer a salary cap with contracts structure, offseason waivers, Free Agent Auctions, franchise tags, and a rookie draft. Below is the available roster and its draft picks.
