So our league has the rule that the same players cannot be kept more than twice. One of the owners has decided not to come back but a replacement has been found. The issue has come up of whether the new owner should be allowed to keep whoever he/she wants or should he/she be held to the same rules as the previous owner. So the question is should the new owner be forced not to keep the same players that the previous owner kept or should they start with a clean slate and be able to keep the same players that the previous owner kept?
