Demaryius has great upside, slightly more than Britt, but is a project. Drafting him you have to expect the Sidney Rice career path where he's dead weight for a few years until finally helping you. Britt is a solid WR3, maybe more, starting right now. If you like Demaryius, I would take the deal for Britt, then offer a 2nd rounder for Demaryius in about Nov 2011.

Cleveland Plain Dealer predicted Hardesty will win the job before the season starts. Everything Mangini says is about how quick of a learner he is. Harrison fits well as a 3rd down back and COP.
Tate will have to beat out Foster. Foster has been named the starter going into camp as reward for doing well end of last year. Tate should beat him out, but I think it's less cut and dry than the Cleveland situation. And if Slaton is healthy, he's a much bigger threat to long term value than Harrison.
Personally I'm not drafting either guy, but if I couldn't trade the pick for a RB I liked, I'd probably take Hardesty (and hope his injury history is behind him).
