With Gore as your RB1 and the ability to start a RB at flex I think you need to go RB with the first pick.
I can buy into this list. Mathews is a rookie, but there is so much hype there and the feedback coming out of this offseason has been solid. He's in a great situation, and although he didn't have stellar receiving numbers in college, there were enough catches there to show that he should have value in a PPR. If he lives up to the hype, he will be a great value in a keeper league.
Calvin Johnson still hasn't reached his full potential in my opinion, and he remains an injury watch on my list, but I expect him to return to the top 10 this season.
Greene is absolutely dead last, especially in a PPR. I have a bad feeling about him this season, and he only has 1 career reception which came during the postseason. I expect he'll eventually see some receptions, but not enough to be a valuable PPR back.
