With switching the league to 10 owners, we had to split the league into 2 divisions (there were 4 divisions). We have had the top 6 teams in prior seasons advance to the playoffs, now that we have only 10 teams do we switch to 4 teams only making the playoff or stick with the current 6?

Dangit. Since I scored less points than any team in the league I was sure that I was gonna pick second in the draft. Guess I should have read the draft tiebreakers.

EDIT: Checked out the Rules thread and didn't see anything about how the draft order is determined in the case of tied teams except for saying that the worse teams draft first. Where can I find the rule that says ties are determined by H2H records and not by the usual Points Scored criteria?

The new draft order now that we are dropping 2 teams:

1) Tyeattolah
2) FSM
3) thriftyrocker
4) po92
5) stomper
6) toltec
7) aaawall
8) LS2
9) saints67
10) C4L

I'll wait until just prior to the draft to do changes in order resulting from trades.

I did the draft order by owners' names in case the new guys wanna change the name of their teams!

I voted 6 for purely selfish reasons. I don't think this team has any shot to make it top 4 this year.

With the league shrinking to 10 teams this year, the 2 remaining teams (Killian's & blaney's) will be dissolved and added to the rookie/FA draft. They will appear as FA's shortly at Flea - here's a list as well of the resulting FA's from these 2 teams:

I decided to go with 6 teams as well - with this league on life support this season, I figured 6 teams will the keep majority of owners active until season's end.

Which ever way we choose this season, we can always address the issue again in future seasons if so desired.
