leagues??

i'm looking for a league with serious and mature owners who will not quit the league or allow collusion as a bunch of high school kids ruin the league. i would like it to be a non fee or free league. i don't care if it's points or h2h or salary cap as long as it's competitive and has committed and serious owners. i would like it to be semi-standard in rosters and scoring. i don't mind some added categories but am not looking for a league with teams having 4 qb's and 60 scoring categories. i also don't care if it's yahoo or espn or another site. i would help pay a fee if it is required to use a site however. it would be nice to have it be an ongoing league but i realize keeping 10-12 guys year after year is tough. what typically happens is a weak team is left unattended and then the league is left trying to find someone to take over a terrible team, especially in a keepers league.
anyway, i am a serious player and have been in several leagues over the years and am looking for a league to join for some competitive fun. if you are starting one or have one or know of one please let me know.
