Welcome to Fantasy Elite League! (FEL)

Looking to get between 10-14 teams, with 12 being ideal.
Will use ESPN to do scoring and draft, as they do everything CBS does but for free and I like all the prize money to stay in the league.
League Safe will handle all payments. Payments will be: 60% 1st, 25% 2nd, 15% 3rd.
Draft will be Aug. 26nd @ 5pm EST, 90 second intervals, and no breaks.
Playoffs will be described below.
Trades will be up for review for 2 days and veto will commence with 8 objections.
Trade deadline will be Dec. 1, 12 pm.

PLAYOFFS
Start Week 14, consist of one week showdowns, consist of two bye to those teams winning their divisions, and conclude with a champ come Week 16.

You will be allowed to keep any one rookie drafted. He will stay on your team until he is dropped without costing a draft pick in future drafts. Any questions or comments, please send across and we could tweak this notion.

What do you mean by rookie keeper? I want to join a league alone these terms, and is the buy-in $200? I know you stated that in the title, but you also said the FA dollars are $200.

Thanks for the questions. The buy-in is a real $200 dollars. There are a "fake" $200 bidding for free agents that is given to each team to start the season. It is blind bidding for the waiver wire with your "fake" $200 dollars, the team with the highest bid wins the players. The rookie keeper means that any rookie that you draft you may keep next year without costing you a draft pick, just a roster spot. I hope that helps.
