16 team, deeeeep TE options: Cook vs Nelson vs Gresham

Ok,

I'm in a 16 team ppr league, I wasn't at the draft so tried doing it over the phone. completely slipped my mind on drafting a TE. With TO signing in Cincy should i stick with Gresham or roll the dice with one of the 2nd year guys:

Shawn Nelson BUF
Jared Cook TEN

I also have Zach Miller(JAX) on my bench.

Gresham is probably closer to helping a team than Cook. Cook is probably one more year away.

I think TO helps Gresham, opens things up for him better than Bryant would have. With Palmer's arm strength in question, dump offs to the TE could become a good option for the offense.
