when to draft Welker, VJax, Owens? WHIR

im in a 10 team league, starting 1 qb, 2 rb, 3 wr, 1 d, 1 k. we keep 2 players each. My keepers are Peyton manning and Jamaal Charles. I have the #1 overall pick so will probably get Chris Johnson there. My main concern will be WRs in the draft. my other picks are 2.1, 4.1, 5.10, 6.1, 7.10, 8.1, etc...Ive got a few guys that im not sure what to do with, would love to steal them late, but dont want to overpay too early. when would you guys suggest drafting:

Welker-if he's on the PUP, does that mean he's out til wk 6?
VJax-anybody know the best/worse case scenarios for him?
TOwens-will he be the #1 or #2?

Welker- they are saying he will be ready for camp and his target is to play week 1. Mid 5th is where he is going right now. A bit high to me. Maybe 6. This may be a wait and see how it goes during camp and the preseason. If all looks well then he may go before his 5.7 ADP.

Jackson- I have a post right now on whether to trade for him with my 1.3 rookie DP. Worst case scenario-10games he is out because he won't sign his tender. Best case 3 games because of suspension.

T.O.- I think he is the #2. But a good one.

Good WR are going so late. There are a lot of good ones out there. For example the latest FantasyFootballCalculator 10 team draft had Ochocinco, Welker, Sims-Walker, S Moss going in the 7th round. All but Welker are #1's and Welker if healthy will lead the team in reception.
