pick 16...whir

Hey all, I have first overall pick in an 8 team big $ league. I'm planning on taking CJ if camp and preseason goes well. Anyway, I'm keeping Miles Austin in rd 9. We start qb, rb, rb, wr, wr and 3 flex (wr/rb). So...most mocks I do have Grant, Wayne, Marshall, Benson, and a few other great guys rolling back to me at 16, 17. What is your suggesiton out of those guys. I've been doing Wayne/Grant as I think those are the safest/most consistent. What do you guys think about that area or any other guys you've seen falling to you there that are worth it. So at the end of 3 I'd have CJ, Grant, Wayne and Miles Austin the way it's been going.
Standard Scoring, 8 Team $ League, Start...QB,QB,RB,RB,WR,WR,WR,FLEX X3,TE,K,DEF.

I would take Wayne and Marshall. If you look at trends and yards those two guys are the same as a RB but less likely to get hurt taking a beating. The days of going RB/RB are shrinking and the WR trend is rising. I did it last year and my teams did very well.

Indeed, the days of needing to go RB/RB are basically over. Do you need two running backs that touch the ball? Yes. Do you need a couple of All Pro WR? YES. Wayne is not to be passed up, not as long as Manning is there. You know what you are going to get with Wayne. And thats a good thing.
