It's head-to-head format with IDPs. We play on Yahoo - its free to play.

Please note that this league is very competitive. Managers are expected to remain active throughout the season, even if mathematically eliminated from the postseason.

I run the dynasty league referenced in the 7/29/10 posting above. I now have an opening in the league.

The team you would inherit finished in 3rd place last year but had the best regular season record. Good opportunity to take over a decent team.
