rookie only dynasty 2nd pick

Who to draft with 2nd pick in rookie only dynasty draft? Expect Mathews to go 1st. My team has good depth at wr ( Fitz, roddy, msw, Harvin, etc.) and weak at RB (Cadillac, Portis, t. Jones, Chester).

Should I go for RB and which one? Best looks like my best bet. But Tate, Hardesty, Spiller are options too... or I could go with Dez as the best available player? Definitely need help here. WHIR

Spiller is the most talented but I'd go with Jahvid Best as he looks to get more playing time.

I'm scared of Buffalo - the team and the other rb's so Spiller would be hard to pick. Bryant could be great but best feels like the smart play. Thanks
