Trade my Sims-Walker for MBarber in 12 team dynasty?

12 team H2H dynasty in second year, keep 15 each season with 5 round offline draft, 6 team playoff
Roster: QB, 2 WR, 2 RB, TE, W/R/T, K, DEF, 3 D, IR, 8 BN
Scoring: default with PPR (.5 pt per recpt) and 6 pts per return TD

QB: BFavre, KKolb, MCassel, JFreeman
WR: SRice, RWhite, JMaclin, MSims-Walker, SSmith (Car), GTate
RB: JAddai, JCharles, MForte, DBrown
TE: ODaniels
K: MCrosby
DEF: Saints

As you can see, I have an abundance of talent in my WR corp and have been looking for a QB and/or RB upgrade.

I was just offered the following trade:

I send Mike Sims-Walker

I receive Marion Barber

Personally, I wouldn't even consider Barber to be one of my top three RBs, which means this trade would simply be swapping WR depth for RB depth. I don't like Barbers situation in Dallas with the RBBC approach.

His other RBs include: SJax, JBest, CBenson, MBell, CPortis, DSproles, while other WRs include: SSmith (NYG), DMase, Braylon

Thoughts? Would you counter, accept or reject?
