PPR League or non PPR league Ray Rice for sure! He is so versatile that he can rack up yards on the round and in the air. He should increase his total TDs too. I see somewhere in the relm of 10-13 TDs. Turner is coming of an injured plague season and is one dimensional. He is 28 now and the Falcons don't want this to be his final year so you know they are not going to give him 330+ carries. He will virtually get no receiving so you are looking at 1300 total yards and possibly 12 TDs High end. Rice should tally at least 1800 all purpose yards. Go Rice!!!

I like Rice over Turner. Younger, with the added dimension of passing yards in the mix. Turner is a much riskier pick IMO.
good luck
