How did I do? Leave a link and I'll offer my feedback

Postby karl0528 » Sun Aug 15, 2010 9:32 pm

Standard NFL.com 10 team league

QB Carson Palmer
Matt Cassel

RB Ray Rice
Ryan Grant
Pierre Thomas
Rickey Williams

WR Roddy White
Chad Ochocinco
Sidney Rice
Robert Meachem
Derrick Mason

TE Vernon Davis

DEF Cowboys
Bengals

K Ryan Longwell

I think I did pretty damn good and have Cassel as my sleeper. I think he is going to surprise a lot of people since he's back w/ Charley Weiss now. Leave a link and I'll leave you some feedback. Thanks in advance!

Your strongest area is definitely at RB. Great starters and great depth. Very solid WR corps as well--especially if Rice gets back to 100% soon. Davis is a beast at TE.

I like your sleeper in Cassell. I agree that he may surprise some people. I am a bit concerned with Palmer however. Yes he has tons of weapons but ever since his elbow issues his accuracy has been pretty bad. I think he'll do better with the extra weapons he has, but you might be prepared to package a QB along with one of your bench players at RB or WR for an upgrade at QB. I think you could easily land a guy like Cutler or Kolb and still have plenty of talent at your other positions.

Good luck, and please see mine:

i think you're definitely solid everywhere except at QB...if Cassel doesnt turn into that sleeper you're hoping for it might be a long season

I agree that QB should be your primary concern, but I don't see it as a huge problem. If Palmer turns it around, you could have a great duo in him and Ocho, and if he doesn't you have enough depth to make a deal somewhere. I'd be pretty happy with that team, good luck this season

I also hate Palmer, but I drafted him as my QB1 last year and paid the price sadly... Cassel is solid though, coming from a Patriots fan.

Great RB's but I'm not so sold on Rice and Ochocinco. Rice is still a little hurt, and its not even certain Farve will come back. If he does, how effective will he be?

Ochocinco really just depends on where you drafted him, but I don't see his numbers increasing or anything especially with TO demanding targets and possible drama.

pretty decent all around...i think we might see palmer get back to being himelf with ocho and owens to throw to...your rb's are solid and you have trade material if you want to upgrade at qb
