Here are the rules and teams avail ... few rules might be slightly adjusted but nothing major. Buy in is $50 and you can keep 5 offensive players and 3 defensive players along with any PS players that have under 8 games started can carry over to your PS... any player on your PS that has more than 8 games started can be carried over to reserve by sacrificing your last round(s) draft pick.

Draft:
• Live Draft, 9/5/10 08:00 pm ET.
Player Pool: AFC and NFC Players.
Positions: QB, RB, WR, TE, RB-WR-TE, K, DL, LB, DB, DL-LB-DB and ST.
• Add/drops are handled by a automated blind bidding auction process (FAAB).
• The faab process runs on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
• Each team will have a starting budget of $100.
• Zero bids are not allowed.
• The tie break order resets after each weeks' games.
• Dropped players will not be auctioned for at least 1 day(s)
• Trades must be approved by the commissioner.
• No trades can be made after the trade deadline of 11:59 pm et 11/22/10.

Schedule: Playoffs start in Week 15 and last for 2 Weeks.

Daily lineup changes are permitted. lineup changes can be made up until the start of a game, and can be made days in advance. All scoring decisions are the responsibility of CBS, I have no control over adjusting statistics. There will be updated stats and standings each day, and occasionally, corrections are made to "official" stats by CBS.

A player may be moved to the Injured Reserve (IR) for three reasons: 1) Player is on the NFL Injured Reserve (IR). 2) Player is on the NFL Physically Unable to Perform (PUP). 3) Player is on the NFL is expected to miss more than 4 weeks according to CBS. When a player is moved to the IR an owner may select a free agent to fill his roster spot. However, before a player can be restored to active duty, there must be an available roster spot, meaning someone (not necessarily the "replacement") must be released. If a player starts the season on the IR they maybe carried over without using a keeper spot.

Position eligibility
A player may be assigned to any position at which he is expected to play this season as assigned by CBS. However due to CBS’s lack for position updates during the years, certain players will be granted eligibility if the Comish controls allow for it and is approved by the committee.

Illegal Rosters
The commissioner will not fix illegal rosters especially after the scoring period has started. As from personal experience, it just causes too many problems. I do not know who you wish to have in or out of your lineup, nor do I know who you wish to drop, plus your opponent may cry foul if I adjust a lineup of the team he is playing against. You are responsible for your lineups. If you will be gone for an extended period of time please email me and we can work out a way to maintain your roster.


WAIVERS & FREE AGENT
Free agent claims will made by using FAAB, (free agent acquisition budget). This replaces the old boring waiver claims in most common leagues. The difference here is you bid silently on free agent pick ups with a budget that is set at the start of the season. If you bid more for the FA than anyone else in the league, you win the player. The nights that this is done is called 'FAAB processing', and I have them to running everynight @ midnight except Sunday, and Monday.

The budget for 2009 will be $100.00 for the entire year.


DRAFT DAY
A 26 player draft will be conducted live, in the CBS draft room, on a date as near to Opening Day as is practical [Shooting for Sunday, August 30]. The draft date will be set at between 6:00 - 9:00 pm EST to ensure the possibility of attendance by as many owners as possible. Owners who cannot attend are advised to "pre-rank" their players using the CBS utility.
Each team must acquire 26 players. The league will have a "snake style" selection draft. 1-12, 12-1, and so on. The order for the league's inaugural draft will be determined in a random. All subsequent seasons' draft orders will be determined by a three-tier playoff system [as described in the playoff section]. This is done to prevent tanking and extend the season for all owners.


TRADES
I have put in a committee for trade voting, and general overview of the leagues transactions. There will be a three (3) man committee. The committee will communicate through email. They will receive no special access or privilege to the league. If a trade comes up, the trade will sit in limbo waiting for the commissioners’ approval until the committee votes as to whether or not they think it's fair. Approval will be determined by majority of votes.

The committee's decision will be final, and there will be no debate after the decision is done. Any trade that is vetoed will be accompanied with a explanation of why it was not approved. Decisions will be based on three factors:
1) Is there any kind of collusion in the trade.
2) Is the trade semi balanced in terms of fantasy points projected, past and current. A complete overview of the points will be done. Of course, in certain situations, a single player super stud can sway this category.
3) The future potential of the player(s).


KEEPERS
Each year the owners can keep up to five offensive players (5) players and three (3) Defensive players of their choice with no restrictions. However, by keeping a player you give up you draft pick for the round they were expected to be drafted in according to KFFL's Average Draft Report (KFFL is used because they include IDP as well). For example, if you keep Adrian Peterson you will give up your first round pick. If two players ADP is in the same round than you will sacrifice the next round. Keepers will be due one (1) week before the start of the season.


Practice Squad
There will be three (3) slots available for the Practice Squad. The P.S. is for players who are rookies. Eligibility is for Rookies with eight (8) games or less started. Once a player goes over the eight games he must be removed and put in you active, reserve, or dropped. Once the player leaves their P.S. they lose their eligibility go back to the P.S. Any traded or free agent players can qualify for your P.S. provided they fit the above ruling. Any P.S. player that has not gone over the eight game limit may be brought over to your active or reserve lineup for their sophomore year, after their sophomore year they must be dropped or used as one of your five keepers. Sophomore carry overs will only be eligible for your active or reserve roster.

Owners will have to announce on the league message board when they are moving players to or from their practice squad.

STANDINGS & PLAYOFFS
There will be a three-tier playoff system. The four top ranked teams [three (3) division winners and one (1) wild card] in the standings will compete in the Championship bracket, the 5th-8th ranked teams will compete in the 1st Consolation bracket. Those finishing 9th-12th will compete in the 2nd Consolation bracket. In the case of ties, Cbs's automatic tiebreaker rules will apply [1st winning percentage, 2nd Head to Head record, 3rd Divisional record].
The Championship bracket will compete for the prize money [awarded to the top 3 teams]. This system is done for two reasons: (a) to extend the season so everyone can play during the playoffs. (b) to make tanking less desirable. The top three division leaders automatically get in, with one wild card team determined by best record, regardless of division. The teams are seeded according to record.

LEAGUE PICK’EM
This is a feature that allows owners to pick the NFL teams they expect to win each week. At the end of the year the owner with the best record will walk with nothing but a little more pride.
