10 team league picking 10th WHIR

I think Palmer will break out this year as the top QB so I reached for him. I'm not liking my receivers all too much. I love Welker and am sure Colston will be solid but I regret my Braylon pick very much. I think Kenny Britt has breakout potential with VY. Got a pretty good steal in Forte in the 9th round and hopefully Revis signs. Cooley should finally play his worth with McNabb.

I really like Mathews as a #1 pick, after that though I'm not convinced. D. Williams is a player I'm avoiding due more to injury proneness than timeshare, but the timeshare doesn't help matters. Yahoo rankings show Carson Palmer as an 11th round pick in a ten team league I believe, so unless you had a good reason to believe he was going to be taken early you almost certainly could have waited another 4 or 5 rounds and gotten him.

I never like taking a defense early, as the difference between the top and middle defenses isn't enough to warrant a middle round pick. Same with the kicker, the final round is the earliest I will take one.

I'm not super concerned about your WRs as I like Britt and Gonzales a lot and WR depth is hard to come by anyway. I'm concerned about your RB depth, as I'm not particularly optimistic about Forte.

If I were in your shoes I would fish around for someone who is in love with the Jets D and see if you can get a midround RB and a lesser D, or maybe just a RB straight up and take a D off of waivers.
Hope it helps.
