I already can hear the criticism.

I know the classic advice in a league like this is that you take elite QBs early and often. I avoided that route and went classic RB/RB for a specific reason. This is a work league and in the weeks leading up to the draft I found out that basically everyone was stuck in the past and thought of taking a QB early as ridiculous, I decided to use that to my advantage, wait until later rounds to get QBs I knew would be there and get better value at my other positions.
I went into the draft planning on taking RB/WR and taking Romo and Schaub in the 3rd and 4th rounds. To my surprise someone popped on Schaub early in the 3rd, so I went with Romo and decided to wait for Kolb. Mendenhall fell to round 2 due to a WR run at the end of the 1st, so I took the RB since the WR quality wasn't what I thought it would be at the beginning of the second.
I could go on and on but this is too long as it is. What do you think? my biggest concerns are RB depth and 3rd WR. Leave a link and I'll tell you what I think of yours. Thanks.
