Welker or Sidney Rice?? WHIR

In a PPR, which WR would you rather have? Both are coming off injuries, is Rice a slightly safer bet due to the severity of Welker's injury?

I'd go with Rice IF Favre is his QB if not.....Welker in a walk if Jackson is the QB in Minny.

As stunned as I am with Welker already playing I still don't buy that coming off an ACL he is going to be elite. I would probably go the safer route and take Rice.
