yeah it was korny but still have priest question...

i am 8-3 and and will denfinitly make the playoffs. i am worried though, my playoffs are wekks 16-17 and the priest will most likely be sat to rest up for the playoffs. i picked up larry j but am still worried. i was thinking of trading him for a lesser back who will play a little more. good idea? if so, who would you shoot for?

i think this topic has been asked about 1000 times already. if you search on "priest" and "playoffs" you'll probably find a bunch of posts on it. personally, i wouldn't mind having a portis-type plus a decent WR for priest, or something like that. but it all depends on what the other owners in your league are willing to pay. there's no telling what you're going to get for him 'till you start asking around.

I'd shoot for another stud RB, not a lesser back. You could probably get Portis, LT, Ahman, etc. for Priest.

Really? The topic of whom he should trade for has been asked at least 1 billion times?

If you pay attention to what he wrote, it was a 2-part question. The 1st part has been asked many times. The 2nd part has not. I'm surprised that supposedly intelligent people (other than VHawk) wouldn't have an opinion on whom could be gotten in exchange for Holmes at this point in season.

I may be just a guest here, but life is short (and shorter for many people given the world we live in nowadays), and it strikes me as odd that some of you fellas would bother to use up any of your valuable time giving such snide responses to a guy looking for other opinions. Unless your time isn't that valuable. I guess on some level, it must make you feel much better about yourself to do that. If that's the case, more power to you, I suppose. I'm just really surprised you don't have something better to do with your time.

Guest view: I agree with VHawk that you should only get stud value in exchange. See if you can arrange a package to get Stephen Davis. Davis has a very nice schedule to close out the season. Consider Portis, too, if he has another zero TD weekend. The owner of Portis may be worried that he's not seeing enough red zone love, as was the case this past weekend, but Denver's should be fighting for a playoff spot right up until the end.

This is a very tough call, but unless you can get someone like jamal or portis with an UPGRADE at WR, stick with priest and johnson.
