Veto this trade draft picks

I don't typically veto trades, but this one seems so lopsided that I might. Just wanted to get some feedback before I made a decision. This is a 8 team league.
Team A gets Pick 3,19,35,46,83
Team B gets Pick 7,10,23,39,87

Looks fine to me. Trades down in the first for bumps in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th.... no issues from me.
