Which combo of players do you take with picks 10 & 11? WHIR

Hey guys, which 2 players would you choose to anchor your team in a standard scoring ESPN league (2 RB's, 2 WR's, Flex) with picks 10 and 11.

This assumes the following players have been selected...

Chris Johnson
Adrain Peterson
MJD
Ray Rice
Frank Gore
Andre Johnson
Michael Turner
Arron Rodgers
and Randy Moss are gone.

Which 2 of the following players would you take? Do you go RB/WR... RB/RB... WR/WR?

Steven Jackson (Injury Risk, Crappy Offense)
Rashard Mendenhall (Not a great O-Line)
DeAngelo Williams (RBBC, Stewart on his way up)
Shonn Greene (LT, unproven)

Reggie Wayne (Too many options at WR, Shuts down during fantasy playoffs)
Calvin Johnson (Bad year last year, feat or famine)
Miles Austin (Like 5 or 6 great games... nothing else)
Roddy White (Solid.)
(I'm not drafting Fitz this year unless he falls to me in the third (won't happen))

Normally, I'm all about RB/RB and SJax and Mendenhall would be an awesome RB core. I am finding when I do that in a mock it leaves me pretty weak at receiver... RB is so deep this year that there are some pretty good options in rounds 3 and 4 (Benson, Wells, Grant) if go WR/WR... If I go RB/WR which RB and which Receiver would you take?

Gahhhhhhh.

Thanks :-)

I think you need to go RB/WR.

I agree that SJax is an injury risk on a bad team, but he also IS that offense more or less. I wouldn't take him at 7 or 8, but at 10 I would do it for the value of having him fall to you at 10. I like him better then Mendenhall or Greene at that pick for sure.

At 11 I would go with White or Austin. You gotta love White's consistency but he did score less pts. last year. It's hard to say how Dez will effect Austin's stats and I think he won't have the same success this year so I give White the nod.

Help with mine?

im not sure if your league is a PPR league or not. if it is, I really like going WR/WR in the 10th spot. the fact is there are SO MANY RB's by committee these days you can pick up a lot of 3rd down backs that will see goal line carries in the 3rd and 4th rounds. there are only so many elite WR's and you want to get at least one of these guys.

yeah no ppr I'd go WR/RB

I like Austin, and SJax out of those lists. I wouldn't touch Greene that early

what about something like Brees/White?

I dont like relying on any of those RBs to carry my team, but feel safe about a season's worth of Bress/White production
