Every few years there are a few NFL teams of which nearly all of their offensive skill players are draft-able and we had to get at least one of their starters. The Rams several years ago come to mind along with the Colts (even their 3rd WRs were draft worthy).
So who is it this year? One of those teams might still be the Colts. I'm thinking Vikings? Saints?

Chad Henne is going way too late in drafts, or sometimes undrafted. He had many on-target passes dropped last year (as on between the numbers) before going on the 300 yard game tears.
I'd put Henne as my QB sleeper of the year since Flacco is almost no longer considered a sleeper as he's being consistently drafted.
What you need to think about most is which offenses are going to surpass expectations, or which good offenses haven't gotten a lot of national press - yes, the Saints, Colts, Packers, etc. are expected to be dynamic offenses, but what this means is that most of their players are being drafted accordingly - unless a certain player's role actually expands, you are more or less drafting them at their ceiling. So to the extent you think of teams at all, try to think of teams that are going to give you a lot of good values. This year in that respect I like the following teams:
Offenses that could be way better than last year:
The Bears: I might be a homer, but the main thing people forget about Martz is how flat-out terrible Ron Turner was. Even bringing in an average coordinator would have been a massive upgrade for their fantasy prospects. Most leagues don't penalize you that much for turnovers, and not at all for sacks, so I don't stress too much about it.
The Raiders: Granted, I wouldn't take any Raiders early, but they have a QB now and most of their offensive players are still developing and, hopefully, improving.
The Bengals: I don't think T.O. will have a vintage T.O. year, but I do think they will open up the offense a little and score more points this year.
Good offenses that are for some reason being overlooked:
The Patriots: They still have most of the pieces in place from their undefeated regular season. Moss is going about where he should, but Brady and Welker are going way too low and I think some of their supplemental guys will end up being useful.
The Texans: This is a dynamic offense that most people forget about, maybe because they still have that newish expansion team feel, or maybe because the Cowboys take all of the Texas attention. Anyway, people know about Schaub and Andre, but I think there will be lots of other guys with value here.
Naturally, in my last draft I wound up with two Bears and no guys from any of these other teams, so just take that for what it is worth.
