Looking at this the opposite way: My league is deep enough (20 rounds) that pretty much every starter is drafted. However, no Rams or Raiders WRs were drafted.

I think San Diego and San Francisco, playing those super easy divisions and having bonefide starters at good values are teams to target. I actually took Floyd and Naanee in the last few rounds - it looks like they might both be starting 16 games. So I've got whichever one turns out to be better.
