The scoring in this league is much different than I'm used to. Seems to tip the scales to TDs much more than yardage.
In this league , there's 9 bench spots because the first 4 transactions are free and everything after that is $5 each.
Passing TDs are 4 pts -- I'm used to 6 50 yrds passing = 1 pt -- I'm used to 25 yrds 20 yrds rushing/recieving = 1 pt -- I'm used to 10 yrds 2 bonus points for receiving 100+ yrds 0.25 points PPR -- I've never played a PPR league but 0.25 doesn't seem to be all that significant The rest of the scoring is pretty standard
Somehow Ray Rice was available at the 6th pick so I promptly took him. Also, after the draft I realized I didn't pick up a 2nd T/E so there goes a waste of an add/drop >.<
Here's my draft results.
Any areas you think need improving? Any trades you'd be aiming for?
Any thoughts are much appreciated! Link your team and I'll gladly provide an evaluation in return.
THANKS!

You need work on your RB depth mainly. A good guy to look into would be Jamaal Charles, mainly because he will score a good amount of TD's. Another great guy would be Arian Foster who you could prolly get for pretty cheap. I like your WR's, believe it or not especially Golden Tate, he went to high school down the road from me and I've been watching him ever since, he's a beast. Idk how good young will be but with schaub its not a big deal, he's good enough for one game. So I would just try to strengthen your RB's and after you get that under control think about a better backup WR....but I wouldn't make that a priority. Link is at the bottom.
I would offer a few trades for Charles that are in your favor and see what happens. If they say no worst case scenario you're at where you are right now.
Thanks again for your help here. If you don't mind, I'm trying to put together a trade for Charles but am having a hard time putting something legit together.
Post the roster the guy has who owns him, that way I can see what he has and needs, then I will give it a try. If you don't feel comfortable with a trade just walk away and go after someone else. Greene would be another good pick up that you might not have to give a whole lot for, same with McCoy,Addai,Bradshaw,Spiller, and F. Jones.
I tried trading another team Fitz and Ronnie Brown for Shonn Greene and Greg Jennings but that was rejected. I thought that was a pretty good offer.
So... I'm trying for Charles.
Here's his team:
HIS TEAM QB - Matt Ryan, Joe Flacco RB - LeSean McCoy, Jamaal Charles, Marion Barber, CJ Spiller, Darren McFadden WR - Randy Moss, Calvin Johnson, Hakeem Nicks, Jerrico Cotchery, Mike Williams, Devin Thomas, TE - Zach Miller, Anthony Fasano K - David Akers, Nick Folk DEF - Miami
Ideally I'd like to move Fitzgerald and Jamaal Charles and end up with Calvin Johnson and Jamaal Charles. Somehow I doubt he'd take that so I'm looking for other ways to work this.
RB's could use some help, but I'm really liking Felix Jones as long as he stays healthy! You might wanna play wait and see with Charles. I just don't like thomas jones breathing down his neck in KC.Just my opinion. I wouldn't have taken Fitz and Brown for Greene and Jennings either. Good luck!!!
