Does everyone in your league have 15 players? I guess i'm just use to having 16. The first thing i'm going to say is drop 2 defenses.....there is no reason to have 4, under any circumstances lol. After you get rid of those 2 defenses you need to pick up a back up QB, possibly a stafford, someone who has a good chance to get you some points when Kolb is on his bye. With the next spot go for a RB. Depending on how many you want to start you have little to no depth. I would pick someone up off WW and link him with someone to get a better RB.

QB-weak position right away. Kolb is unproven and a sexy pick this year but UNPROVEN. you need to get a backup/stable guy like Matt Ryan/Flacco/Big Ben/Cutler...just get a second guy
RB-Turner is a nice pick but the depth falls off the table after that...you need a RB2 guy that is proven yet again Bradshaw or Hardesty are both just sleepers and you can't count on them at the most important spot in FF
WR-Andre and Marshall are stud locks and Wallace is a sweeeet flex play/bye week fill in. Aromashodu is nice here too since you don't need him but if he performs than its nice to have obviously. Strongest position is right here
TE-Pick you favorite out of these 2 good talented tight ends and trade it to the team with the weakest tight end depth in your league for a decent RB that you desperately need
Defense-What the HELL is this? 4 crappy defenses....4?!?!?!? I've never heard of this. Drop OAK, JAX, and SEA and arizona will do fine and save you THREE ROSTER SPOTS!!! PICK UP MORE RBS!!!

In cases like this it is always helpful to post along with your team a few league details, most importantly the size of your league for a 12 or 14 team this draft is not bad for a 10 team it’s pretty heinous. Picking up Team defenses and using up valuable roster space is clearly a mistake…unless I’m missing something what was the rationale for doing so? I mean there not even good team defenses outside of Arizona maybe, I would drop all but AZ, go get yourself Stafford or Vince Young and then go scrounging around for leftover RBs, not sure who’s left in your league knowing depth would help me provide specific suggestions but I would think to look for backups with upside, D. Brown, C. Taylor, L. Tomlinson or even J. Norwood.

thanks guys. my league is a 12 team standard yahoo league, non PPR.

I picked up the 4 defenses because of matchups with the Rams. For the 1st 5 weeks, they are played against the Rams 3 times and oakland once. The rest of the year, they played the Rams another 2 times. So I figure I would take my chances against the anemic Rams with a rookie QB.

Wow that is an interesting strategy most people employ that logic to playing Rotisserie with the waiver wire. Just hope one of your starters does not get hurt. If it works let me know.
