10 team league on ESPN. Pretty standard scoring. How do you think I did in my draft? Should I be able to compete or am I weak in any major areas? Any advice is very appreciated:

RB- Turner
RB- Mendenhall
RB/WR - J. Charles
WR - Jennings
WR - Steve Smith (Car)
TE - Winslow
D - Packers
K - Matt Prater

Bench
RB - Addai , Felix Jones , Fred Jackson
WR - Berrian, Lee Evans, Britt
TE - Shiancoe

Really nice looking team..the only possible weakness that could bite you is QB. Flacco is a trendy pick this year but he isn't quite as proven as I would like...getting a quality backup should be of high priority (think Cutler, Matt Ryan, Big Ben, Palmer etc..)
