anyway:

QB: 8.5 (solid QB with decent backup, for a 14 man league u seem to be in a good situation here)
RB: 9 (i like rice and forte as ur starters...its unknown how much thomas jones will get the ball with jamaal charles but if he emerges as the clear starter then good depth with him and ronnie brown)
WR: 2.5 (derrick mason is ur starting WR?? ouch extremely weak here..and ur depth isnt much better...i know its a 14 man league but mason as ur #1 is pretty bad maybe try to move a RB for a solid WR)

overall: 6.5 (ur QBs and RBs are very solid, but ur WRs are horrendous...ive never done a 14 man league so i dont know what an average team looks like but u def need to improve ur WR situation)

PS. camarillo was traded to the vikings yesterday, maybe grab him since he might be the #2 in Minnesota with harvin and rice hurt...but ull need more help than this at WR but its a start

Your good on your number 1 RB and your QB but I don't know why you took Jones at pick 29. You passed on good receivers and reached right around other "starting" rb's. Maybe I am missing something with your scoring but I'd be worried outside of your two studs. Sorry just my opinion
