14 team FF schedule help please..........

hi i have a 14 team league with two 7 man conferences. ive been pulling my hair out trying to figure out this schedule......... 4 teams in each conference will play eachother twice and the other 3 will play eachother once. there will also be 3 out of conference games as well. ty very much to whoever can help me. if theres a program i can use that can create a schedule like this, please let me know! thanx again

yes 1st one is correct with 13 game schedule. thanx for your time. i gotta run to work but if u could get me that schedule id really owe u one. its beem a huge headache. ill check the forum right when i get home which wont be until midnight central standard time.
